The Society for Radiological Protection welcomes the opportunity to comment on this guidance document.
The report is thorough and contains many references to valuable evidence for the recommendations made.
However the document is very long, contains a lot of repitition in various chapters and in places the language is disjointed and there spelling and grammatical errors. Some, but not all of these have been highlighted in the accompanying spread sheet. It is considered that a substantial amount of re-editing is required including reducing the amount of duplication.
